When do international shipping stops during holidays?

I have some orders that their status have not been updated for some time( one in from the 11th the second is on the 18th), the reason I believe or might be that they stop shipping international after a certain date to coup with domestic orders.
that’s my theory so if anyone knows something please let me know.

sometimes international shipping is very slow,it is normal, all you have to do is wait .
